Scholarships are offered for students starting the programme in Ho Chi Minh City, which pay for half (50%) of the first two semesters of tuition. Students who have achieved the following grades are eligible:

  • An IELTS overall band of 6.0 or higher (no sub-score below 5.5), or TOEFL iBT 80 or equivalent.
  • 8.5 out of 10 in Universal Graduation or Tot nghiep pho thong with no component mark below 6.0.

Students transferring to Wellington with an A- average in their studies at the HCMC campus will be awarded a 1/3 tuition fees waiver scholarship for the frst two trimesters of study in Wellington. Students must have completed at least six BCom courses in three consecutive trimesters in HCMC.

UEH / VUW BCom Programme Refund Policy:

No refund of tuition fees will normally be made to students withdrawing from the course after the second week of their first semester. A request for the refund of fees must be made to the Academic Director in writing by Friday of the second week of semester. If this request is successful, a full refund will be made.

The Academic Director may approve partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances, for example, on compassionate or special grounds such as family illness or changed family circumstances. Refunds will be subject to receipt of a written request setting out the full circumstances.
